The General Education Center was upgraded to a General Education College in August, 2010. The Fundamental General Education Center and Liberal Arts General Education Center are affiliated with the General Education College.

There are 26 full-time faculty members in the Center, including eight professors, nine associate professors, seven assistant professors, and two lecturers. Every faculty has a specialization and has a rich experience in teaching and administration.
